Our goal at procured is to make procurement accessible for everyone. A big part of that is building processes and a platform that is easy to use to help you get started. Today, I'd like to show you just how easy it is to get started with procured.
First, you need to sign up to our platform on app.procured.ch. When you created an account, you will be prompted to provide information about your company. This includes the name of the company and whether you want to procure services or you want to provide services. After that, you are ready to go.
Once you are on the platform, the first thing to do is set up your company profile. In your profile you can add details about what your company does, how big the company is, what your products or services are, in what countries you are located and what technology you use. While most of this information is optional, we recommend including as much as possible, as it helps us to get to know you and match your needs to suppliers and service providers.
On the profile page, you are also able to invite your team members that will work on the procurement topics together with you.
To get the most out of procured, we recommend inviting your current suppliers and service providers under the tab service provider. To invite your current suppliers, all you need to provide is an email address so they can receive your invitation. Inviting your current suppliers enables you to benefit from our standardized approach even when working with your existing supplier base.
With everything set up you can start your first project. To do this, you can click on Start Project. First, you can define the details of your needs and what the goals are. If you already have a document with all your requirements or a purchase order, you can upload it here. After that, you can define all the requirements a supplier has to fulfill to win your contract.
Once you have put in all the needed information about your needs and requirements, you can invite your current and new suppliers to submit an offer. After your confirmation, procured will submit the provided information to the invited suppliers and you can lean back and wait.
